Legal Notice of Public Meetings
Pursuant to the Workforce Innovation Act, notice is hereby given for the following upcoming meetings. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss issues relevant to Tennessee’s Workforce Development System. These meetings are open to the public in accordance with the instructions below.

SWTN Workforce Board Meeting, 11 am
PUBLIC COMMENT: Members of the public will have the opportunity to comment on agenda items and make general comments about the public workforce system at the beginning of the Board meeting. Individuals seeking to make public comment are required to sign in prior to the commencement of the meeting. Speakers are limited to three minutes, with any exceptions to be made by the Board chair. Individuals must be present in person to make a comment to the Board. All meetings are open to the public.
All individuals, including individuals with disabilities, who wish to participate in these proceedings should contact the Southwest Tennessee Workforce Board to discuss any auxiliary aids or services needed to facilitate such participation. Such contact may be in person, by writing, telephone, or other means and should be made a minimum of ten (10) days prior to the scheduled meeting date to allow time to provide such aid or service.
