Request for Proposal (RFP) for One-Stop Operator(s)
On behalf of Workforce Innovations, Inc., Fiscal Agent for the Northwest and Southwest Tennessee Local Workforce Development Boards, Thomas P. Miller & Associates is managing the procurement of:
• One-Stop Operator for the nine-county Northwest Local Workforce Development Area (LWDA); and
• One-Stop Operator for the eight-county Southwest LWDA.

The deadline for questions is February 20, 2023 and the deadline for proposal submission is March 20, 2023. Questions must be submitted via email to procurement@tpma-inc.com with the subject line “NW/SW TN OSO Bidder Question.”
