WIOA Staff to receive Baldrige Training

A portion of the LWDA-11 staff will be traveling to Spring Hill in February to attend The Baldrige Training. The mission of the Baldrige Training is drive rapid, systematic improvement into the client organization. They use the proven, best of breed Baldrige Performance Excellence framework as a basis for their assessment. The Baldrige framework has been literally field tested by thousands of organizations around the world for the past fifteen years, and represents the most current thinking about the elements that comprise organizational excellence.
